Production Manager | $65k – $95k + Performance Bonuses

The Mission: You are the "General of the Job Site." Once our sales team signs a contract, you take the baton. Your job is to bring the project to life on time, on budget, and to GAF Master Elite® standards. You are the face of Performance Restoration for the homeowner during the build.

What You Will Do: Crew Management:

Oversee daily operations of roofing crews, ensuring safety compliance and installation accuracy.

Quality Control: Perform mid-build and post-build inspections. If it’s not perfect, it doesn’t pass.

Logistics: Coordinate material drops, dumpster deliveries, and crew schedules.

Homeowner Experience: Walk the property with the client, answer questions, and resolve any job-site concerns immediately.

Zero-Punch List: Ensure the job site is magnet-swept and spotless before the truck leaves.

What We Require:

2+ years of experience in Roofing or Construction Management.

Deep knowledge of Asphalt Shingle & Metal Roofing systems.

Valid Driver’s License (Truck provided or Vehicle Allowance).

Ability to climb ladders and walk steep roofs.

Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.

The Compensation:

Base Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 (Based on experience).

Bonuses: Production volume bonuses + 5-Star Review bonuses (Total comp potential $95k+).

Sales Manager | $80k – $150k+ (Uncapped Commission + Overrides)

The Mission: You are the spear tip of our growth. As Sales Manager, you will lead by example—closing high-value insurance restoration projects while mentoring a team of storm restoration specialists. You aren’t just selling roofs; you are selling Performance Restoration—Kansas City’s top-rated GAF Master Elite® contractor.

What You Will Do:

Hunt & Close: Run company-provided leads and self-generate opportunities in storm-damaged neighborhoods.

Master the Claim: Conduct 10-point roof inspections, identify storm damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance filing process.

Meet the Adjuster: Represent the homeowner during adjuster meetings to ensure they get the full scope of work covered (Xactimate knowledge is a plus).

Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior reps on the "Performance Process"—from the knock to the contract.

Pipeline Management: Use our CRM (HighLevel) to track leads, follow ups, and project statuses.

What We Require:

2+ years of experience in Roofing Sales or In-Home Construction Sales.

Proven track record of closing $500k+ in annual revenue.

Ability to climb roofs and carry a ladder safely.

Strong communication skills (You must be able to explain complex insurance policies simply).

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Truck prefered).

The Compensation:

Structure: Aggressive Commission Splits + Team Overrides (Profit Sharing).
